St Wilfrid's RC College
Working with South Tyneside Council catering advisors & the college Headteacher a visually stunning environment was created for the pupils to enjoy. The project brief was to design a facility that could cater for high numbers of pupils during teaching breaks to prevent the queing & bottleneck issues that were being experienced using the existing facility.
This was achieved by creating individual counter sections offering specific dining options such as deli stations, omellete bar & grab & Go sections along with positioning tills so that queing was greatly reduced.

North East & Scotland LACA Catering Operation Award for Innovation.
