Following an extensive fire which ripped through the kitchen of the hotel in 2008. Sigma were invited to work alongside the hotel management to re-design & develop a brand new catering facility to cater for both restaurant & banquet service.
We completed supply & installation of the facility along with installation of the ventilation system & hygienic wall & floor finishes to the clients satisfaction & programme.
