We were asked by Stockton Borough Council to look at total refurbishment of a pizza takeaway premises within the park which was forced to close due to environmental health issues. Our brief was to provide a modern café facility offering hot & cold sandwiches, pastries & ice cream to service the local community. Working as main contractor with our building partner we completed full design, strip out & provision of the new facility within budget & timescales required.
