The £20 million new-build Monkseaton High School has been constructed by Shepherd Construction, and designed by Dewjoc Architects. Sigma have fitted out the main Refectory kitchen, and an innovative training kitchen, including cooking equipment, coldrooms, preparation and dishwashing systems and servery counters. Within the kitchen areas, Sigma were also responsible for the extract canopies, Altro safety flooring, and Altro Hygienic wallcladding, the latter being partly Whiterock and partly coloured Chameleon for striking visual effect.
