We were challenged to act as main contractor on the provision of a refurbishment to the catering facility within this listed building. Our brief to improve the operational flow of the kitchen, improve banqueting capabilities and provide equipment & ventilation to satisfy their increased client demands. And all this during the 6 week summer academic break. This was achieved on time and to the satisfaction of all involved.
